Laos Mar if you are looking for a nice economical place to stay in Rocky Point, look no further then Laos Mar hotel and Suites. Laos Mar is popular because it is a nice clean place to stay for those that want to travel to Rocky Point on a budget. Many families make Laos Mar their repeated lodging of choice when it comes to Rocky Point hotels. Laos Mar is right near Playa Bonita, making it very close in proximity to the restaurant and bar.
Rooms are Double occupancy ocean view and double occupancy desert view. There is also a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette.
Amenities include; Pool, Jacuzzi and a gift shop.
Poor Service The staff spoke very little English, the walls were bare thin - you could here every single noise - easy when they began cleaning room early in the morning. We were there recently for a motorcycle rally and requested a wake up call on our last day to ride back with a group a people. I called twice to make sure they had us scheduled for a call. Needless to say, we never received the 5:30AM wake up call. When we asked the guy at the front desk what happened - because everyone had left without us - the response was \"He must have forgot\". The request was on the counter. Would never recommend this place, will never stay there again.
It was worth the money We stay there often, and for the price, it's not bad,
check out some of the others and you would think you were back in the USA.

disappointed! the room overall was pretty good but the restroom it had a awful smell that worsen when u flushed it, the staff was very unfriendly, starting with the front desk, all the way to the cleaning staff, no smiles no conversation, no pleasant greetings no response to goodmorning. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED We arrived at Laos Mar to be "greeted" by two very unfriendly desk clerks who gave us a room key and randomly pointed in the direction we were to park (unpaved). Click here to read more
