PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We accept credit card payments. Under special circumstances, we will accept checks and/or bank deposits.

- At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost.
- Within thirty (30) days of your arrival, we will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost.
Any reservation made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date will be charged in full.
It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations, and changes.
- Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before 30 calendar days of your check-in date will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee. This will be subtracted from the initial payment.
- A cancellation within 30 days of the check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of your payment.
- All cancellations MUST BE made via email. Send cancellation requests to: cancel@sonoranseacondo.com
- Any changes to your reservation will result in a $35 processing fee. There will be no changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival.
There are no refunds for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for holiday dates which includes Spring Break.

We strictly enforce our policies. If you feel that you or your group cannot abide by the following policies, please contact us immediately.

Homes have their own holiday schedules. A list of recognized holidays can be found by clicking here. This is very important as there are NO refunds for holidays.

We accept credit card payments. Under special circumstances, we will accept checks and/or bank deposits.

- At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost. (TOTAL charged includes rent, tax, and cleaning fee)
- Within thirty (30) days of your arrival, we will charge the remaining balance of the total reservation cost.
- Any reservation made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date will be charged in full, including the security deposit.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

- Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before thirty (30) calendar days of your check in date will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee or 20% of your initial reservation payment whichever is more. The initial reservation payment is equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
- A cancellation made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled arrival, the customer will forfeit the amount of the initial reservation payment. This initial reservation payment is equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
- A cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in a charge of one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment excluding the booking deposit.
There are no refunds for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for holiday dates. A list of recognized holidays can be found by clicking here.

Security Deposit

Most of our homes require a security deposit. This deposit is collected at check-in. You can pay with credit card, cash, or check. The deposit amount varies based on the luxury of the home.

Upon checkout, we will do an inspection of the home. Please read below to clearly understand when you will get your security deposit back.

- If paying your security deposit by credit card, security deposits will be returned to the credit card within 5 to 10 days of check-out. This gives us plenty of time to inspect the home for any possible damage.

- If paying your security deposit with cash or check, security deposits will be returned as a check to your home address within 2 to 4 weeks after check-out. This gives us plenty of time to inspect the home for any possible damage and it gives our accountant time to process the check.
